Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez was born in Havana Cuba. Her family relocated to Miami after she reached 2 years old. Ana was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. Her move to Miami with her family at age two after moving out of Havana. Ana Maria Polo, a born and raised in Habana Cuba hosts the renowned Telemundo show "Caso Cerradowhich was the first Spanish program to be nominated for an Emmy award within the category of Daytime Entertainment. It was named in 2015 as the #1 Spanish-language television program on the evening time slot at 4pm for all demos. Polo graduated from Florida International University with a political science degree. Her birthplace was in Havana on the 11th of April 1959. In the following years she earned her PhD qualification in law from the University of Miami. After that, she earned the PhD in Law from the University of Miami. Polo made her first appearance on TV in 2001 as part of Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. Her legal skills were also used in other court shows. Literature Accolades and Literary Work In 1958, the author wrote her first book Los Hijos Muertos.
